This A.P.V.V.P Recruitment ( under Health Medical & Family Welfare Department, Government of AP) is for DCHS, Srikakulam district local candidates.
Job Description for Nursing Orderly (MNO & FNO) and DEO Vacancies in APVVP Institutions
(1). This recruitment is Only for Local Candidates from Srikakulam. The eligible candidates submit their application forms along with enclosures to the DCHS, Srikakulam on or before last date Of submission which is 25th July 2020.
(2). All application covers should be superscribed on right top corner as follows: Out Sourcing Basis Recruitment — 2020 – Application for the post of MNO/FNO & DEO.
(3). The following documents are to be submitted in the following order only.
i) Filled-in Application form.
ii) Attested copies of Marks memos of SSC or Equivalent certificate.
iii) Attested copies of Marks memos of all years degree Provisional Certificates,
iv) Attested copy of latest caste certificate (in case of SC/ST/BC Attested copies of study certificates from Class-IV to the candidates studied.
v) Attested copy of latest Physically handicapped certificate (if applicable)/ Ex-Servicemen.
vi) The Experience certificate on Contract/Out Sourcing working in Govt Hospitals should be enclosed.
